Ensuring the system solutions technically fulfilled the requirement needs adequately.
As part of the job included the following responsibilities:
-Management of requirements in DOORS.
-Management of worldwide suppliers meetings and tracking of system development products for the train (in English and Spanish).
-Transversal organisation and coordination of engineering activities internally and externally.
-Use of NX for 3D designs and TeamCenter for documents management..
Airbus A330 MRTT System Engineer.
Airbus Military
Worked on the TCS Stick N.G. electrical diagram HW re-designing, solving and testing design. Stick behaviour recording and analysis of signals (NShow and DIAdem), rigging and non-regression testings, also working with ICDs modifications.
HERCU hardware MLC Interlock sub-system engineering development and integration for the A330 MRTT, with Boolean logic circuit operation design for specific operational requirement conditions, and Karnaugh mapping circuit simplification for strict motor operation control under signal conditions pre-checked, MoC verification and validation type methods with system requirements definition and Control & Monitoring FPGAs trade-off evaluation and of sub-system solution, equipment selection & integration, TL design of architecture and concept of operation, DO-160 testing specifications, DO-254 through HSE development, and DO-178 recurrent costs’ cut-down. Railway Interlocking Systems Engineer

Provide support in High-Speed Lane engineering projects, electronic interlocking systems and traffic signalling, for Madrid to Valencia (MALE), and Córdoba to Málaga (COMA) AVE involving areas. Configuration and commissioning, with the repercussion by the integration of “DCOs“ in railway electronic tracks, and laboratory testing of interlocking systems, at Thales installation offices.
Working Environment: AutoCAD, SunServer, MobaXterm, Beyond Compare, ClearCase and furthermore engineering internal programmes, for the generation, simulation and verification purposes of the interlocking system environment scenarios of: PLO, ISL and railway traffic signalling behaviour, at the electronics laboratory. Also worked with floppy disks, railway track drawings’ modifications and Sun computers for performing interlocking and DCO tests.
